During a partial cleaning, your koi will remain in the pond. We will do a 50 percent water change and then clean your pond. Cleaning services include cleaning the waterfall and filters. We will also check your fish to ensure there are no illnesses or injuries. If there are, we will let you know. We will also remove any debris with a net. If you have a lot of trees in your yard, your pond may need cleaning services more often as debris will find its way into your pond.

With a complete cleaning, we will bring a quarantine tank. This allows us to move your pond water over to this tank and remove your fish from your pond. We will then do a more thorough cleaning of your waterfall, filters, debris, etc. We suggest a complete cleanout each spring.
